FP (Z) reinforced polypropylene centrifugal pump series single suction direct coupled plastic centrifugal pump is a small plastic pump with advanced product structure, small volume, light weight, low power consumption, acid and alkali resistance, good sealing, and easy maintenance. Widely used for transporting corrosive liquids such as acids, alkalis, and salts, ideal products for chemical, light industry, and waste treatment. The FP type reinforced polypropylene centrifugal pump and FS type engineering plastic centrifugal pump series products both adopt mechanical seals and introduce international advanced processes and technical formulas. CFR-PP (reinforced polypropylene) and modified ABS (engineering plastic) are used as pump materials. Among the plastic pump products in the same series, they fully demonstrate their advanced structure, light weight, small volume, and long service life. They are widely used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, papermaking, environmental protection, water treatment and other departments to transport corrosive liquids such as acids, alkalis, and salts.
precautions
1. Before starting, the pump should be filled with liquid by filling or vacuuming, and it is strictly prohibited to idle or reverse.
2. The conveying fluid of the pump should be free of sediment, particles, and long fiber materials to prevent blockage and damage to the impeller and seal.
3. When the specific gravity of the medium conveyed by the pump is greater than 1.2, an additional motor should be installed to avoid affecting the head or burning out the motor.
4. Before parking, the discharge pipeline valve should be closed first. In the case of backflow, it is necessary to close the inlet pipeline valve and then close the gate to stop the machine
